*Add 1 Spoon Roasted beet puree for color
Form a volcano shaped mountain with the flour and make a hole in the middle
Add all the ingredients in the hole
With the tips of your fingers start to bring it all together
Form a ball with the dough and press it against the table repeatedly until it gets smooth and has no lumps.
Add flour to the table when working with the dough; add some water to the mix if needed
With a rolling pin, roll the dough until flat and thin (make sure it's even)
Fold and cut as desired
Shake the pasta to remove the excess of flour
Cook in boiling water for approximately 5 to 8 minutes
