Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Thighs

Preparation

  1. Place yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, onion powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, parsley, and salt and pepper in a large bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Place chicken thighs in bowl and coat with marinade. Cover and store in fridge for half an hour.
  3. Remove any excess marinade and grill until cooked.
