Pork Butt 3 lbs 3600
Chicken Stock 1 cup 15
Lime 3 ea 60
Chili Powder 3 tbsp 72
Garlic Powder 3 tbsp 36
Cumin 3 tbsp 48
Mexican Oregano 1 tbsp 12

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 300
  2. Cut pork butt into 2 inch chunks
  3. Heat oil in a heavy bottom dutch oven
  4. Sear pork chunks until browned on all sides, about 10 min
  5. In a bowl mix seasoning, juice and stock. Pour over pork.
  6. Cover with a lid and put in the oven. Roast for about 3 hours until tender.
  7. Shred with a fork.
  8. Shovel into your face.
