Ingredients

  • 3 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 2 Limes
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 cup Cilantro (Chopped)
  • 1 Garlic Clove (Chopped)
  • 1 Jalapeño pepper (Chopped)
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Chop the Onion in small squares, add the Lemon and Lime Juice and a pinch of Salt and let it sit

Thinly chop the Garlic Clove and add it to the Onion mix

Remove the core of the tomato and cut into small squares

Remove veins an seeds from Jalapeño Peppers and cut into small squares

Mix all together and top with Cilantro
