Salmon Burgers

Salmon 1,25 lbs 815
Herb Mix 3 tbsp 21
Greek Yogurt 2 tbsp 34
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp 5

White Vinegar 1 tbsp 3

Preparation

  1. Skin and debone Salmon. Cut into small dice.
  2. Combine salmon in a bowl with herbs, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture to 4 portions. Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl whisk together Greek yogurt, vinegar, herbs, and garlic. Season with salt.
  5. Over medium-high heat in a nonstick skillet cook salmon until crisp and browned, about 5 minutes. Flip burger and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
