Snapper Ceviche

Ingredients

Lemon Juice 1/4 cup 12
Lime Juice 1/4 cup 11

Preparation

  1. Combine garlic, lemon, lime, orange juices, red pepper flakes, sugar, in a medium bowl.
  2. Add fish and combine. Tossing occasionally to make sure fish is coated. Let sit for 20 minutes.
  3. Add onion, tomatos and oil. Toss to coat, let sit 5 minutes.
  4. Add Avocado and cilantro, gentle toss to combine. 5. Season with salt.
