Preparation
Combine all the ingredients minus the steak into a bowl and mix together.
Place meat in bowl and cover. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove meat from marinade and grill over medium-high heat for about 5-8 min per side.
Slice the steak against the grain into 1-2 inches long, and save all the juices.
Place steak in a bowl, with all juices, along with Laap mixture.
