Ingredients

  • 5  Portobello Mushrooms
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers
  • 1 Poblano Pepper
  • 1 cup Cilantro (Chopped)
  • ¼ cup Tamari Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Preparation

Saute the Onions in a large pan with Olive Oil, add sliced Portobello Mushrooms and wait until it gets some color

Add the thinly sliced red Bell Peppers, the Poblano pepper and the Tamari Sauce

Finish with the chopped Cilantro

Only use as much of the Poblano as needed and make sure you do not use the seeds or veins
