Ingredients

  • 10 Avocados (ready-to-eat)
  • 6 Limes
  • 1 cup Cilantro (Chopped)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 Tsp. Chili powder (Chipotle)

Preparation

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and with a spoon remove from the skin

Add the Salt, Lime juice, Olive Oil and Cilantro,

Mix well and finish with a bit of chili powder, (it's better to use Chipotle)

This is great as a side dish and a delicious topping for a taco!
