White Pepper 1 tbsp 19
Sugar 1 tbsp 50
Fish Sauce 1 tbsp 15
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp 8
Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp 64

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients minus the steak into a bowl and mix together.
  2. Place meat in bowl and cover. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Remove meat from marinade and grill over medium-high heat for about 5-8 min per side.
  4. Slice the steak against the grain into 1-2 inches long, and save all the juices.
  5. Place steak in a bowl, with all juices, along with Laap mixture.
