Preparation

  1. Grind white peppercorns and ciriander seeds into a powder with mortar and pestle or coffee grinder.
  2. Add lemongrass and garlic.
  3. Transfer to bowl with all the remaining ingredients.
  4. Add chicken, marinade for 30 min 5. Grill.
