Preparation
Preheat oven to 300
Cut pork butt into 2 inch chunks
Heat oil in a heavy bottom dutch oven
Sear pork chunks until browned on all sides, about 10 min
In a bowl mix seasoning, juice and stock. Pour over pork.
Cover with a lid and put in the oven. Roast for about 3 hours until tender.
Shred with a fork.
Shovel into your face.
