  • 1 cup Sumeshi
  • 2 Nori Sheets
  • 1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Jicama
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 Salmon Filet
  • Low sodium Tamari Sauce
  • Pickled Ginger (Gari)

Cut all the ingredients in long slim shapes (Julienne cut)

Using your finger tips (dipped in cold water) to spread a thin layer of the rice on top of the sushi mat

Place the ingredients in the first quarter of the rice and roll

*The Nori Sheet can come either on the outside or a smaller piece on the inside
You can add sesame seeds, black sesame or poppy seed to the outside of the roll
